You have Ohio St. 2016 above Southern Miss 2004, Iowa St 2009 and Wisconsion 2012?  I get it, you dont like Riley but give me a freaking break. We were expected to lose that game.

I thought that the 11 Penn St. should not have gone forward.  That was in the midst of the revelations about their terrible scandal, and I still firmly believe there were complicit parties on their sideline.  I could not morally justify in my mind helping them with a routine Saturday celebration, a profitable one at that, when their atonement had not even begun.

Yes. 59 points. Much more embarrassing than all those listed, in my opinion.

Texas Tech '04, Kansas '05, Ok St '07, Kansas '07, Colorado '07 all worse than OSU.

Yes it does. Losing to an OSU team that made the college football playoffs with our backup QB in for most of the game is not worse than losing to unranked Kansas 40-15 in '05. Your judgement is clouded because of your hatred of Riley. Its okay to admit. 

Or getting run off the field by 7-5 Wisconsion in 2012.

59 point differential, I think the worst in program history, is very significant. 25 point loss to Kansas is not good, but I think 59 points to OSU is worse.

If we are going by point diff then take off N. Illinois and Purdue

Depends how you define worst.

There's bad heartbreaking and bad humiliating, and combinations of the 2.

Bad heartbreaking:

Texas '09

Texas '10

Texas A&M '10

Wisconsin '12 (both)

But you have to be a pretty good team to have heartbreaking losses, imo.

I'm not saying it's the only criteria. Just 59 points outweighs the others.

NIU is on the list because it's the lowest tier team we've ever lost to at home (with their backup QB nonetheless).

Or you could just admit it's because they are Riley's losses.  We would respect you more if you did.
