JFC….Huskerboard is not a court of law and opinions are not legally binding. I promise you he won’t go to jail based on my post.

That dude DID get due process in respect to his immigration hearings AND he will get DUE process if/when he goes to court in Tennessee. That’s if he doesn’t get deported again first to somewhere else besides El Salvador.

JJ probably also thinks OJ didn’t do it cause the glove didn’t fit.

Maybe right....maybe wrong....but....it's your opinion......

Meanwhile, a guy was detained and sent to a foreign prison without due process. This is what we have been asking for and the government couldn't make their argument. So.....Meh.....we are just going to do this on someone's feelings.
