The guy behind the counter just about deserves a medal for not climbing over the counter and choking the woman. Safe bet the person she was bitching about had had enough of her crap the last time she was in. She was threatening to get a lawyer over a fast food order? Call her bluff, after kicking her out, and banning her from the store.
