I do not miss customer service/retail jobs. Never had anyone that retarded, but I had a couple pretty close. One time a guy got pissed at me walked out of the store came back in and told the store manager I was an a$$ or something, because I asked him which color patio umbrella he wanted me to get for him. Wouldn't have ended well if my department manager didn't stick up for me. Worst part is people in these jobs are just trying to keep a steady source of income, all be it a small one, to either live or go to school.

My advice to this b!^@h.

Yeah, I'm sure most of us have had something like that. I was this close to hurting a man in the aisle. You do not jab your finger at a man's chest unless you are looking to start a fight. Probably lucky for both of us that he realized I was about 20 years younger, 40 pounds heavier and 6 inches taller than him, and realizing (though slowly) that he was not being smart. He got himself banned from the store about 10 min later when he started screaming at the sixteen year old girl at the register and reduced her to tears. A manager kicked him out about 10 sec later.

I actually have 4 mutual friends with this worthless creature. Ironically, they are all pretty legit girls.
