Daimion Stafford

Ah, he was easy to forget :P

Was Hildebrand JUCO? I forgot him, too. Sorta tough though. Had to remake the entire QB roster in a hurry, and guys like Freeman turned out to be guys like Freeman. Or Beck. What crap that was, by the way. Text message "K bye."

This kid will be better than Gomes IMO. He's suited way better than Gomes at stopping the run. I want to see Cooper get some more PT as well.
That remains to be seen. Gomes was a ball hawk. Sure, Stafford can hit. I want to see what he can do in coverage situations.
He had 9 INT's in two years at the JUCO level, to go along with some kick returns for TD. Kid is a ballerrrr

We lost a lot in the secondary but we should be pretty damn salty once Dennard comes back and Stafford gets more comfortable with the defense.

Until Stafford repeatedly saves us with key turnovers like Gomes did....(remember stripping the texas reciever in the big 12 title game and stripping Mier in the KU game on his way into the endzone?)

Dejon was clutch.
