Dana Holgorsen Hired as Offensive Coordinator

There is no doubt that some of the (if not all) the media guys do post on some of the sites.  It makes no sense for them to not do it.  They get to read what the fans think and they get to chime in a bit.

I "Beach Comber" on Rivals was Shatel back in the day and Benning got outed too, I forget his name.

Matt Perault, the old radio guy posted all the time.  But if you ever listen to their shows you can tell that they read/post.

And @308_Husker is either one of those 2 and thought no one would notice or has a super short memory and forgot he heard the comment and thought it was his own thought. Which happens to me sometimes when I catch myself quoting The Office and think I made up the joke.

I think Sip is a 308 guy so it might be him.

There have been a few parents that posted as well.  I bet a few players even post at times.

Well at the end of the day we are about winning. So if Holgerson stays and he thinks satt is a good TE coach then keep him. But we do not retain coaches because he is a nice guy and stuck around to help the transition. 
 

this is an opportunity to upgrade the staff. Take it if we can do better

Didn't Coach Rhule repeatedly state that he would never fire a coach? I'm curious how he would move some of these coaches around. Like maybe McGuire becomes an analyst? I doubt Satt would stay as a position coach. I'm sure Dana would want at least 2 of his own coaching hires.

I’ve never heard him say that and it sounds like a dumb thing to say. Also, he fired his OC at Carolina.

I think he has already told Satt to find a job next year.  Agree that Dana would want his own staff.

He said that he wouldn’t fire a coach midseason with the new rule about unlimited coaches since you would be paying them anyways.
