Close. If the ceiling is too low or the visibility is not within min requirements, the crews will be restricted from flying low level over populated areas. They're all weather, but there are FAA/Military/USMC requirements for fly-overs.Because if it's overcast with a low ceiling the crowd won't be able to see the planes. I think parachutists coming into the stadium is better IMO, but it isn't done at very many places other than West Point and the Army Navy game.Flyovers might just be the greatest thing in sports.
