"Diary of a Husker"

Most of these things could better be titled Diahrea of a husker but I heard an interview with the author on the radio the other day and this book sounds pretty interesting. Not a gripe book or trying to cause trouble just a good recount of what it was like. Sounds pretty interesting.
I have yet to read it.
If it's true to form, they are his experiences good or bad. Like ETR has said, everyone likes to think everything is peachy and we have a bunch of saints playing for NU. Truth is they are just college students like a lot of us were. Some more focused than others.

I am looking forward to reading it. You can't get much more direct information than a book like this. Granted, it's his take on things but at least he was there...

Like everything you read, be critical of it. But everything I have heard about it is quite true.

I just ordered the book off of huskerstories.com

They also have alot of personal pics and letters from his career on there.

Being outside the program maybe I was naive but there was some crazy sh#t that went on after TO retired.

The author is supposed to be at the downtown bookstore in Lincoln the day of the Spring Game. He might have a surprise guest with him. I'm guessing it will be Eric Crouch since he did the forward to the book.

I started reading it, I am about 100 pages in right now. It's just interesting reading about his perspective on going to college as a Husker and all the experiences he had. It's definitely a quick read so far.

I see where you can get a signed copy and pay with paypal ($20) at http://www.huskerstories.com/_mgxroot/page_10775.html

Paypal'd him directly and you get to state how you want it autographed.
