I heard that they lost a key linebacker, it could as well be the one already listed above.
That excuse won't fly . Wake pretty much returns the nucleus of their team last year. They have 14 starters returning, many at the skill positions. In addition, two of their top players missed all or most of last season. Matt Robinson returns after leading the team in sacks in 04 and 05. He had two sacks in the spring game. Micah Andrews lead the team in rushing before being injured. These are top players who didn't play last year. In addition, Coach Grobe has got a successful redshirt program where fifth year seniors typically come out of the woodwork to have great seasons. No, this is a talented and experienced Wake team. Their center, Steve Justice, is considered by some to be one of the best in the nation. However, Keller should rip the Deacs secondary where they lost two starters. Unless Nebraska is looking past Wake to USC this should be a good test for them, but the Huskers should pass with flying colors. It could be a high scoring game.great, let the "well they lost alot of players" excuse for NU winning the game out their
I beat Wake 49-7 on ncaa 08 nuff said we win! :sarcasm
