Barcelona's Maxwell & Milito Doubtful For Champions League Clash Against Madrid

Brazilian fullback Maxwell sustained a groin injury in the match against Osasuna on Saturday and will probably miss the Champions League clash against Real Madrid on Wednesday. A report on Barcelona's official website states the 29 year old underwent ultrasound and MRI scans this morning, which confirmed he had a groin strain.

Argentinian defender Gabriel Milito is also doubtful for the match against Madrid. The defender sustained a calf injury on Saturday and could be out of action for several days.

 
Barcelona's Iniesta Doubtful For Champions League Clash Against Madrid

Spanish newspaper Sport is reporting Andres Iniesta picked up a calf injury ahead of the match against Real Madrid and is expected to start from the bench. Iniesta will undergo a late fitness test on the day of the game to determine whether he will be available.
