Chelsea Owner Roman Abramovich To Spend $80 million Over The Summer - Report

British newspaper the Sun claims Abramovich is willing to splash the cash at the end of the season in hopes of bolstering the squad which currently sit second behind Manchester United. The Sun goes on to speculate on some of their targets such as Cesc Fabregas, Gareth Bale and Gregory van der Wiel.

Abramovich spent $50 million on Fernando Torres and a reported $22 million on David Luiz in January.
