Tevez Charged With Failing To Warmup Against Bayern Munich

Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has been charged with failing to warmup against Bayern Munich at a disciplinary hearing on Friday. As City launched an investigation into the incident, Tevez was suspended for 2 weeks with full pay, but faces an additional 4-6 week suspension and a fine of around $1.5 million if found guilty of misconduct - action that must be approved by the Professional Footballers Association.

Sources think City can't prove Tevez refused to play, but rather refused to warmup, so the hearing will focus on that.
