Analysts must be running out of things to talk about. All this talk about how fairley is as good if not better than suh has to be a joke right?!? Has the college football world gone mad? This is as bad as comparing McCoy to suh...

I heard them say he dominated more than Suh in a better conference. While the SEC is undoubtedly better, he did not dominate more than Suh, not even stats back that up.

The talking heads are pumping Fairly up just for something to talk about. His stats are pretty close to Suh's. But I don't think he dominates the games like Suh did. And I don't recall Fairley chasing down WRs from behind. Plus, the 52 solos tackles by Suh is an absolutely freaking unreal number for a DT getting double-teamed all year.

I will say Fairley is a beast and was very impressed by him last night but no way he is more dominant than Suh. Suh just manhandled people last year. He took over games and was smart enough to know when to back up into coverage. Suh wins hands down.

The only comparison is that both dictated the defensive tempo. Other than that to compare Fairley to Suh is laughable and it will prove itself when next year Fairley is no where to be heard of and Suh is on Sportscenter for highlights.

The difference between Farley and Suh is that coaches have admitted that they had to game plan for Suh. Have you ever heard of that before? A team game planning around a DT?? LB's. DE's. and the occasional CB, but NEVER a Defensive Tackle! Suh could single handedly change the out come of a game. His freakish speed that came with his size was something that no college fan will see again in quite some time.

McCoy is twice the player as is Fairley. Last year "they" compared McCoy to Suh. Suh is 4 times the defensive player as is McCoy. I think you guys can see the realities here.
