Here's why Football 101 has been on hiatus the last two years

The reason this hit the courts is settlement procedures broke down. There's no way the BPF didn't try to settle with this woman. They just couldn't agree on a number.
i do agree with this. i think this lesson is the only reason to watch 'the social network'. settlement procedures, when it involves companies with a largess, amounts to nothing more than extortion. basically, 'settle or pay up. pay me or pay the process'. (i coined that, but feel free to use it in any legal educational setting).
I would pay ten times more to the "process" just for spite if I had to defend myself in something so ridiculous.

I'm thinking a good neurological MD will poke holes through that time frame given. just sayin'

Person felt malaise/ill after attempting to workout, possible aneurysm while working out hmmmmm. Most subdural/subarachnoid bleeds are detected easily with ct/mri. Sudden onset of increased cranial pressure with emergency burr hole procedure seems to rule out a 2 month time frame. Once again without all the facts, hard to say.

Dr. and Atty's. whatta pair to draw to. :D

just kiddin' AR atty's trump drs. every time , I heard that somewhere.

It's not just women who attend Football 101. Many husbands go to support their wives.

Let's remember this is a breast cancer fundraiser. It's a charity event that doubles as a fun day for Husker fans, but whose primary purpose is to raise money to help support the fight against an insidious disease that affects hundreds of thousands of women.

That's what burns me so badly about this lawsuit. It's a charity, and someone takes it upon themselves to turn it.... well, I won't finish that thought. Let's just say I hope this is resolved in favor of the charity.
it being a charity should have little to nothing to do with this case if it was in fact negligent. also (backed to craked, although i am not sure if this is just an awareness charity or actually goes to research. the website was a little vague):

#5. Most Awareness Campaigns Are a Waste of Time

Are you comparing a fundraiser that donates hundreds of thousands of dollars to breast cancer research with an "awareness" campaign?

It's not an awareness campaign. It's not just about wearing a pink ribbon.
re-read my post you responded to.

The fact that they donate hundreds of thousands of dollars should have been a pretty big clue. "Awareness campaigns" have nothing to do with this issue.

I ain't saying she's a gold digga......
She was supposed to buy her shawties Tyco with their money.

She goin' to the doctor, gettin' lipo with their money.

66 years old and getting liposuction. Disgraceful.
