I believe they will try. I think these coaches are trying to send a message to their own team. I also thin Holgo likes to score and keep scoring. Not like Rhule has stated in the past about getting a lead and milking clock.

I think it's less likely we shut out another opponent than for us to put up 60 on them.

Several points there that I agree with. Only to add two things: 1. Our true capabilities are as yet unknown, and will pan out over the season, and even this game will be a test of that leading up to Michigan which is a test of another sort, and 2. There is a bit of a conflict of philosophy of the game itself between Matt and Dana and it appears that Dana's is prevailing and that is a good thing.

Yeah those darned pesky passes distracting us from what football is about and stuff. Eddie Cochems should have been taken out back and hanged.
 
I’m going to try really hard to get interested in this game. Maybe it’s the perfect game before a big game. Don’t know Im trying to find a purpose for it. Keep a routine , maybe?

I’m watching this game to see if they can continue the great execution we saw last week against a different opponent. Is there anything different they do? I also love watching the 2s and 3s play and getting experience so they can step in if needed during conference play.

Thats why I’m watching this weekend. That said, I hate these kind of games against teams that we should just roll over. But, I’ll still be watching.

I think Rhule realized last year that milking the clock or "playing not to lose" results in losses. Might have been more Satt.....The message I hope they are sending is keep punching them in the mouth until they quit. I like that. Team has missed that hard edge for years.

Until we get to this point, we won't win what we want. We need to have 1a 1b, not 1's, 2's etc...
 
The #1 thing I wanna see is sacks.

You heard what Rhule said in that halftime speech: "If they try to drop back and throw it, and that quarterback's not on the ground, I want new guys in there rushing."

We only got two sacks in that game, and zero against Cincinnati.
