Also, 4 star 2013 recruit Jalen James decommits from Illinois, and Nebraska was one of the first

schools to reach out to him along with Florida State, Tennessee, SMU, Colorado, and Marquette.

 
6'9 3 star center, Walter Pitchford is looking for a place to transfer to from the University of Florida.

He is planning on visiting Nebraska this weekend.

Freakin' Timmy Miles, man! This dude sure seems to know how to recruit! I've never been this excited about the direction of Husker men's basketball before!

 
"I think Nebraska is definitely on the guys' radar," Jets coach Dana Morgan said. "They actually really enjoyed it. They really enjoyed the sit down with Coach Miles. They really enjoyed the facilities. They enjoyed meeting some of the players, the football facilities. They really enjoyed the academic environment. (Nebraska) did a really good job of basically outlined the academic requirements and what you're accountable for and all the Academic All-Americans that they've had."

Miles told them he plans to visit them at the Reebok Breakout Challenge and Showdown Series final in Philadelphia on July 10-15
