I assume he wasn't exactly in the mix for QB at SDSU?
I love this concept. Former Nebraska HS player walks on as a punter and played QB, makes me think we could see some fake punt plays incorporated.

Can someone explain why he has to sit out? SDSU is FCS and last I heard you can move up or down without missing a year (see SEC players who have gotten in trouble and gone to Jacksonville State/an FCS school in Alabama).BlitzFirst said:He already redshirted at SDSU, he'll have to sit out 2018 and will be eligible to play in 2019...so only 1 year of competition.
I feel like this is a statement from DJ...I could be wrong though.I was talking to a buddy of mine who coaches college for one of the better Dakotas and the first words out of his mouth was how much he hated Scott frost. He was joking, kind of. Frost is putting the heat on those programs it is a much more difficult decision to go schollie or walk on at Nebraska.
That would be incorrect.I feel like this is a statement from DJ...I could be wrong though.
