The only way she could have blown this high is if she just took a shot minutes before the test, this girl is retarded but there is no way she could have legitimately blown that high. Actually, it would take some time for the alcohol to get into your blood stream, so usually your BAL goes up for a while after your last drink.

 
Had the cops called on a roommate who had been in our apartment for almost two hours blow a .315 for the cops.

He was a perpetual drunk though and seemed normal to my roomates and me when he blew it. That was the scary part.
