Everyone at the inauguration looked weird. Hilary, Bill, George Bush. Everyone looked like they were on happy pills. Strangely enough, Donald was the only one who looked normal.

I have spent the whole day laughing at all of the people who are so scared and afraid. What is it like to be so freaking afraid of everything? Freaking wow! It is so laughable. I hate Trump, but to be so afraid? I felt the same way watching the collective meltdown when Biden won.

Ugh, no. Musk clearly did this on purpose and it wasn't an innocent gesture, Amnesty International doesn't want to piss off the shadow President. -- I'm just choosing to believe he's high on an unbelievable amount of drugs and did this to rage bait or because he was literally out of his mind.
Unlike you who - as a right winger - has to actively ignore the overt Nazi symbolism that plagues right wing spaces. Be honest, don't you think it's a little weird that modern day Nazi's vote nearly exclusively for one political party? Or do you have to ignore that too?

I understand why the committed Left Wingers need to have the “nazi” boogeyman in the news day and night. It provides therapy, they probably think it helps win elections (incorrectly of course), and it reinforces the brain rot news sources they follow.
Be honest, you don’t thinks it’s a little weird that even the ADL thinks Musk was just being a spaz and not a nazi protagonist? The same ADL that tends to want to find anything and everything as bad stuff.
You all need SOMETHING to be outraged about to fuel the fire and unfortunately the spasticity from Musk is that outrage for today. I guess until Project 2025 outrage comes back into vogue when the next election rolls around.

I remember a time when the right at least in public acted like they hated Nazis also. The turn from that to having to constantly defend neo Nazi politicians and influencers has been interesting to watch. You are right, there is no reason to be worried about Nazis. They have never been a huge issue in the world. And no obviously it doesn't win elections when a large portion of the country do not seem to care. Having an entire personality about what wins elections is a strange way to live life though.
So project 2025 was not real and Trump was not riding on planes with the creators and taking them on his staff? I'm not sure what this take is supposed to be. Trump lied about being connected to it when he clearly was and then after the election stopped trying to hide it. The entire election all I heard from his supporters was that he said he wasn't connected to it and then after acted like they got away with some trick. Oh you really got the libs with that one.
The ADL took the high ground because they care more about the white supremacists that Trump pardoned while his right hand man was giving them a familiar wave. I'm sure you don't care about their take on that though. You just want to use them as a prop.
Just to avoid the strawman. I don't think Trump Elon and every Republican are literal Nazis. They just use the symbolism and rhetoric because the people who vote for them either ignore or enjoy it so there is no downside at all. They get away with every small thing because there is always an excuse. I don't believe that the man constantly forming an X with his body for symbolism just accidentally did a salute twice then said rhetoric oddly similar to that in the 14 words.

It doesn't really matter what the ADL thought of Musk's salute. Right-wing extremists have been very vocal that they think it was a Nazi salute.
We have nothing to fear from the ADL. We have a lot to fear from extremists. Anyone telling you to look at the ADL's reaction is gaslighting you.
