I think the timing couldn't have been better. Two weeks to perfect the season opener's gameplan. That'll give Keller and the rest of the offense plenty of reps. Looks like things are shaping up well in Lincoln. GBR!!

 
"We have had a thorough evaluation and feel at this point it is in the best interest of the team to announce Sam (Keller) as the starter going into the Nevada game," Callahan said at the conclusion of practice. "I've got to mention there was great competition throughout camp. (Junior quarterback) Joe Ganz is a class act. We appreciate all of his efforts. He continues to improve and he will definitely be our backup this season."

Did they release the rest of the Depth Chart? From what was said in the paper this week is when the focus switches to Nevada(training camp is over) and they start getting ready for game week.
