Maybe not yet. We dont have to wonder what a winning tradition feels like. We know. We will be back. Maybe not this season but WE WILL BE BACK.

I sure hope we can get things turned around.. Mizzu could be tough but then again it all depends on which team shows up.. I dont think Coz is as good as everyone thought he was, but he has some games to show he knows what he is doin, cause if the defense doesnt improve his a$$ is gone an I dont think Callahan can save his a$$.. As for Callahan he needs to step up his game if he plans on stayin here.. I agree he is our coach at the moment an we need to rally around him an see where he takes us...

Steve Peterson is the biggest idiot I have ever seen, the a$$ makes me want to puke.. He is the one thats screwed this all up, things were good with Bill Brynes till he left an this a$$ showed up.. No one in the Big 12 is doin too hot this year so if we are goin to have a bad year then this is the year to do it.

I wouldn't say CU outplayed OU. They played up to the Sooners in the second half, but if you look at yards per pass attempt they were even and OU was way beyond CU in yards per rush. I think it was a matter of turnovers coming at the right time and in the right place on the field that tipped things in favor of CU and allowed them to pull off the upset. I still would only consider them above Iowa St. in the North.

I don't think we are leaps and bounds better than any team in the Big 12. I think we do have better talent then the rest of the Big 12, other than Texas and OU. Just haven't gotten it out of them yet. All we can hope for is improvment each week and not just from the players.

Absolutely not. Yards per pass attempt was close. But we outgained Iowa St. 4.3yp rush compared to 2.6. That's a huge disparity. And further, I would argue that Iowa St. made that game close in the first half because of opportune turnovers on our part, not the other way around. We outplayed Iowa St.

But I truly believe it we fire Calahan we are done. I truly have no idea of who we would get to come here that the masses would accept. I don't want to become another Alabama and have to buy and sell coaches daily. We need to work this out and we all need to get on board for the rest of the year. It will help this team if they don't hear the continous complaining I think.

Iowa State lost to those juggarnauts Kent State and Northern Iowa. They are 1-4 and didn't score a single touchdown in their lone victory against Iowa. I'm thinking Baylor could beat Kent State and Northern Iowa. Iowa State is very poor this year.

The Alabama situation was worse than NU would be if we fired BC. Alabama is down a boatload of schollies and has been under probation of one sort or another for over a decade. I would say Alabama's expectations could probably almost rival NU's. I believe in part this is why they were inclined to "cheat" because the expectations are so high. We could have just about any coach we wanted if we paid out the big bucks like Alabama did. Coaches are extremely easy to come by if the money is right.
