I agree with you, but you don't know what they knew, and for all we know the athletic department/Frost have been transparent with leadership within the university, and authorities in California.

It’s possible but the article and the statement from the university make it seem like they aren’t being up front about things.  And that’s my point.

Context matters. Don't just pull that quote out of a vacuum and respond to it.

I’m so glad we have all these legal experts and people who know exactly what transpired and when. And thank God for the level of disgust and judgement shown for the actions of a teenager.
