Good for McMullen for making a decision, it's his life and he's not happy with football anymore.

I think that this benefits Nebraska because McMullen just seemed like he never bought into the new coaches. Last year he seemed slow, overweight and was late off of the snap.

Didn't someone post several Vine videos of McMullen and the way he was slow coming out of his stance after the snap?

Can't blame a kid for getting out if he doesn't want to be in. It's only a game but it can take a toll on your body. Plus he used it to get a degree like you should. God speed if you're moving on big man.
