And yes, what I saw on the surveillance camera compilation is the defendant and his lawyer calmly walking down a couple hallways and getting on an elevator. Oh, and they happened to be followed about 15’ back by one agent and also walked past two seated agents on their way to the elevator. And, IIRC, the following agent got on the elevator with them….yet somehow that dastardly tricky judge prevented him from being arrested before he got outside the building and onto the street.
If Dugan intended to help him avoid ICE, I don’t have a problem with her being charged. But WTF.
