MLB 2020 Season

OK, I might be just having a brain fart here and thinking of a different sport.  But, I always thought the two WC teams from each side played in a one game playin game.  Did this change?

Yeah, they made big changes for the short year. IIRC, top 2 from each division are automatic qualifiers instead of just the winners, then an additional 2 WC teams with the best records out of the remaining teams. No one game WCs, it's 3 games for the WC then the usual 5/7/7 for the DS/CS/WS.

As it turned out, everyone in the NL Central made it in except the Pirates.

Wish that could have been the Cards.

 
I don't watch MLB, but you're telling me they're having a 16-team playoff and the Rockies STILL couldn't make it?! 

 
The ally fence to center field at the new Texas Ranger ballpark is too deep.  It's a damn shame.
