Four years ago it felt like Jamal Murray had entered the NBA Elite. Part of it was health, obviously, but he also ended up having more off games or role-playing games than an elite player should have. So yeah, if Murray gets his swagger back that's a huge difference. But like every dynasty or mini-dynasty, the trick is having one or more of those sparkplug guys who come off the bench and take the heat off the superstars. A Jimmy Butler makes sense for everything he can do --- he'd work great with Jokic -- but you also grab one of those hot-shooting sparkplug guys at a fraction of the price. Seems like they are always out there, operating under the radar until they torch your team.
It's certainly an interesting season so far for my Golden State Warriors, trying to play 12 deep rather than the two/three superstar approach.
