Nebraska Preview 2012: Michigan Perspective

Was this on one of Sandusky's T shirts?

Well....Sorry about that?
Nothing for you to be sorry about. We just have a segment of our fanbase that isn't happy about anything. Whatever Bo or Nebraska does they'll find something no matter how small and trivial to complain about. Case in point counting a close win as loss. It's so bizarre because I don't know of any other fan base that does that.

I get a kick out of how people proclaim to be speaking the "truth". This is just merely your perception of certain events. You're not giving us the gospel of why this or that didn't occur. And you're losing most your readers in the multiple paragraph diatribes...

My perception is backed up by stats. What is yours backed up with? Of do you igonre the stats from games that don't back up your perception? If that is the case then that is fine, I will just have to take your opinions as those who are based on all emotion and not facts.
Let me use your "stats":

If Taylor Martinez wasn't hurt, we would have beaten OU by 21+ points. I'm just speaking the truth.
Probably not since he still throws like a 12 year old girl trying to play 500.

That "little girl" threw a 59% completion ratio last year even with our stone-handed WRs dropping passes everywhere all year long (for the 3rd year in a row). Pray tell, what would a true genius like yourself say about T. Frazier in 1993 (46%)? S. Frost in 1996 (52%)? E. Crouch in 1999 (51.9%)?

Classy, you want to call people names now and then want to hide behind being a "woman" if I respond back in the same fassion that you spoke to me.
So let me lay it out for you since you obivouly don't know squat about what Nebraska football.
WTH are you talking about? What does my being female matter? You can say whatever you want to me and so can anyone else. I've never complained about anything anyone on here has said to me, which is what you seem to be implying by saying I'm hiding behind being a woman. I have no idea where you pulled that from. This is the first time anyone has ever mentioned my being a woman in response to one of my posts, so you're obviously the only one who has a problem.
Not for nothin', but Moiraine brings the goods when she's got something to say. Her being female has nothing to do with how the games with OU should have played out. If you're basing her being female on her knowledge of husker football, I'll take my warning now, becuase dude, you're a f*cking moron....

While I always hold out hope that we will have a great season, I really hope to see a positive change in our lines this season and our defensive play. If I don't see those changes I'll be EXTREMELY disappointed in our coaching staff. I imagine we'll see an improvement in Martinez if, for nothing else, because of his personal challenge to himself to get better in the off-season. I did see an improvement in his decision making skills during the games last season even though he seemed to take a step back in the speed department. I imagine that appears that way to me because he didn't have as many of those, "OH S*&T! What do I do now?...............RUN!!!" moments like he had in his freshman season. I would be willing to bet that Michigan State or Michigan finish higher than Nebraska in our division. I think at this point I'm guessing it's going to be Michigan vs. Wisconsin in the Big championship game and the only reasons Wisconsin is there is because Ohio State won't have the opportunity. I really hope I'm wrong too because it sucks to say this. I think we tie for second place in our division this season............once again.

 Sorry Bucky, obviously you'll have to win some games to get there, but I don't think Wisky is a better team than Ohio State, at least not right now. I would much rather have Wisky in there than Ohio State, don't much care for Ohio State either way. Also your division isn't going to be that tough outside of Ohio State and obviously yourselves. I think you have a good chance to get back there.
