some teams that beat us this year and made the conference tourny over us are firing their coaches. and we are overpaying so much for our coach that we can't fire him.

Fred's seat will be VERY hot next year.  He'll need to do a better job in the portal this Spring/Summer - of course that will take NIL money.

It will be interesting to see how he does.  Watching their games in the NCAA tourney, I think he likes a smaller lineup with good guard play.  Sounds kind of like Fred when he got here.
