didn't we lose 2 coaches that way last year?I just hope it's a guy with a proven track record. Like Kehres who has years of success. If a dude can coach at D3 and be successful, that recipe will work. Success in a perceived "less" physical conference will work. I am a fan of a guy who knows the B1G (culture, physicality, "poltics etc). But no way is it a deal breaker.
As another poster said, I can't wait to get back to where folks are taking our coaches as opposed to us firing them.
