And apparently also a coach who selects all the best quality assistants right out of the gate on first attempt. Recognizing deficiencies and relatively quickly making required changes be damned.

I’ve seen plenty of coaches stick with the wrong assistants way too long, firsthand, because I’ve been a Husker fan. I find it refreshing when the coach identifies the same problems us fans do and then takes action to remedy them. But I’m pretty unaware of the coaches who get everything right on first go.
 
GT lost their OC as well. Wonder if we try and grab a guy or two from their portal entries.
