Word is they've hit the donation number that they wanted, though it sounds like it's $80M so I'm not sure if they lowered it from the original $100M they wanted or they just wanted to get that much to get started and they'll still work on the rest.
Sounds like they are planning to break ground after track is over. But they new track facilities haven't been bid out either so they'll need to get going on that.
I wonder how much more the project is going to cost with how material prices have increased.
