Slausen can make the move to guard if Murtha is finally ready to step up.
At some point the natural ability has to meet technique and mental preparation. He is only a sophmore, but I would have thought his impact would be felt a little more by this point.Slausen can make the move to guard if Murtha is finally ready to step up.
I almost feel like if he's not ready yet..then when?
If we get the running game going and sustain it we should be able to make them play catch up. I am not real worried of their running game. They definately need to figure something out so Zac gets some more time to make his reads. I don't think getting the running game going will be a problem come Saturday..........
I have a gut feeling that we will own them today, The team does not want to keep repeating these 3 losses in a row, it is home comming, and the drivers seat to KC is on the line. That's what I would probably do only because it's going to come down to clock management, less mistakes, and they are so weak on the run that we have to exploit that part of their defense. On the other hand if they get to running on us you know there is a problem!!!! <_<
Plus it helped that I sent them all e-mails promising pain if they lost because I would have to sell my Big 12 Champ. tickets and that would really piss me off!!!! Except Carriker I left him off of the list!!!!I have a gut feeling that we will own them today, The team does not want to keep repeating these 3 losses in a row, it is home comming, and the drivers seat to KC is on the line. That's what I would probably do only because it's going to come down to clock management, less mistakes, and they are so weak on the run that we have to exploit that part of their defense.
