If you're going with one of those, I'd choose the AOC. They're a budget-friendly brand, they've got everything you want, and I think the monitor itself looks slick. The frameless bezel is very much like mine. IPS is good, it's got a 60 Hz refresh rate and 5 ms response time, which are fine. Ideally, those could be higher/lower, but for this price point it is hard to argue. It's on the smaller end, but again, hard to argue with the price...
