If they have personalities or opinion pieces that make predictions, fine, but the original statement was that POLLS stated Trump would not be elected. Polls don't make statements like that, unless they're polls of people's opinions on whether Americans think that Trump will win the election. Either way, the original statement was wrong, you've diverted it into a completely different point, and your different point is still misguided and maddeningly simple-minded coming from someone who has proven himself to be able to engage in critical thinking.
Go ahead and watch any 15 minute section of CNN's election coverage. Guess what you won't see? A statement that Trump will lose, Trump will win, Hilary will lose, or Hilary will win. I just watched 15 minutes of it randomly for the hell of it, and there were no opinions or predictions shared of any kind.
