No, that isn't why. It's obvious from the way the coaches talk they are CO #2's and in my opinion, again based on the way the coaches talk, Vedral is 2a.

Well then why was Bunch in? Vedral has looked really bad throwing any time I've seen him do it. Eye test says Bunch is better.
