Things to fix for the 2nd half:

  1. Offensive line needs to start getting more physical and win their one-on-one battles.
  2. Slow the tempo down before critical third down plays.
  3. Fix the mental mistakes.
  4. Special Teams (You're not going to be able to fix what really needs to be fixed for the 2nd half, but in order to win they need to just play more efficiently.)

Pay Special Attention to: Winning the field position battle. It was poor against Colorado, it was poor in this first half.

Troy is a good team.  Frost's biggest challenge is changing the "ho hum" attitude Riley portrayed.

We'll be fine.

I think Frost’s biggest challenge after the half will be extracting his boot from his players’ collective a$$es. That was a pathetic effort, where the laziness was only interrupted by the stupidity.

I agree Troy is a good team, but that does not excuse so many mistakes by Nebraska.  Despite having nearly half new starters compared to the 2017 team, we are still seeing the same mental breakdowns.  Hopefully it will improve soon.  The O-line has been most disappointing today.

Lost in all the Frost hype was the realization of how bad we were last year and how we got to that level. Although there has been progress just about everywhere, our biggest weakness rear their heads a lot. Our offensive line is awful. Our special teams should just be called teams because there is nothing special about them.
