If we were an amazing team we would be disappointed anyways. With the msu loss there would be no way we would be in the playoffs if we went undefeated.

 
Also, an undefeated team from one of the power 5 would make the playoffs, because I doubt there will be 4 undefeated teams left at the end of the season.

 
I'd rather end the season undefeated on the outside complaining about the system then complaining about my team's pitiful performance against a 40 point underdog...

 
Stop watching so much espn. Undefeated B1G team goes, unless you think all five have an undefeated champion. If you believe that I have a bridge to sell you...

 
So after today you expect this team to be better than it has been in the past? I am sure I have some ocean front property just west of Kansas City you could buy cheap.

After todays events, i have no doubt that mcneese st is the 3rd best team on our schedule. 2 nd if the michigan st was at home after what transpired in eugene. Lol

 
I doubt it highly. What we saw was a well coached team prepared to play a team. Coaching gave us the game. These kids were not superior athletes, but more in the right place at the right time with the right attitude.

Obviously we do not have the right attitude as Ameer has pointed out and several others over the years. Coaching is more than X and O's, it is about understanding your players, what motivates them, what hurts their confidence and overcoming or building on these things. After 7 years some of these things should have been figured out.

I am still not calling for anyone's head, really do not want that at the top. But I do feel this team would be better with well rounded, experienced coordinators, as I have said since day one. These kids are being short changed, and it is obvious when you look at what Wyoming and McNeese state have accomplished against us.

If you believe that our talent is not comparable to McNeese State or Wyoming, then how can you believe we have turned the corner on recruiting in the last three years.

It has to be one or the other.

So... Mcneese is almost better than Michigan State because Michigan State lost to one of the top 5 teams in the country. Got it.
