Can we stop freaking out and demanding we replace coaches every single year?
This is a perfect opportunity for him to play with a power football scheme and to get comfortable with it. He's already proven that he can run a very productive passing offense, so now that he can get some good experience with a power running offense, it'll help him to be able to call a more versatile game.
If we can take what he does best with a passing offense, and mix it in with what TO can offer him as far as a running game goes, then I think we can establish a very good offense.
Have some patience. This is year 2 under a new administration, and we've had a lot of injuries and setbacks. I have faith that in a year or 2, we can start reliably winning 9 games a season and stay ranked.
