Osborne Advice...... a tempory fix.

Ok since watson cant do what he needs to do on offence this year with what hes got hes takeing advice from TO. But does this change next years possible scheme. If the players adapt to the WCO more and are able to run it better next year do we stick with just that. Or does watson listen to the man and impliment some plays of old into his formations.

I think we're going to have to adapt to whatever talent we have... At the moment, a power version of our offense works... I just hope we can stick with this style or at least figure it out before the season starts next time...

I think we all took Helu to some extent for granted. When he was hurt, we struggled offensively big time. I like Robinson. I love how he moves with the ball. However, I saw him on a passing play competely whiff and block absolutely no one. The guy he was to block came in and blew up the play. We definitely have talent on this team. I think due to lack of depth in certain areas we've had to rush that talent along maybe more than we should have out of necessity.

A good coordinator would adapt to the talent we have. Watson hasn't shown us very much so far this year about his abilities. He has changed as of late, but the jury is still out on many issues.

Can we stop freaking out and demanding we replace coaches every single year?

This is a perfect opportunity for him to play with a power football scheme and to get comfortable with it. He's already proven that he can run a very productive passing offense, so now that he can get some good experience with a power running offense, it'll help him to be able to call a more versatile game.

If we can take what he does best with a passing offense, and mix it in with what TO can offer him as far as a running game goes, then I think we can establish a very good offense.

Have some patience. This is year 2 under a new administration, and we've had a lot of injuries and setbacks. I have faith that in a year or 2, we can start reliably winning 9 games a season and stay ranked.
