I believe that Lee will be the starter next year. Ganz only has one year left after this one and if he starts, NU will be in the same scenario as they are now. A QB with one year left. We need a QB that can start for more than 2 years.

True and it would be really nice to see a QB start even 3 years and mature each and every year as our program gets better!! ower ower

Sorry, I wasn't insinuating anything. I just choose not to follow incoming recruits until they actually sign on the dotted line. I haven't read anything about him struggling primarily because I haven't followed him. I was just simply asking what kind of struggles he's seeing. I didn't mean any offense by it. I don't think the reigns are his next season. From my sources, they all believe Witt will be the starter next year and some think he's the real backup this season.

I agree, Witt will have quite the advantage of him, but many people tout him as being able to come in and start. Tom Lugenbill, the ESPNU recruiting guru, proclaims him as the missing piece at Nebraska for Callahan's offense. I hope he is awesome, but he needs to perform on the field and not just at camps. I think Witt will be pushed by Ganz and Lee. QB competition should be something fierce in the next few years.
