The U dropping some serious money on the NYC trip. Looks like a great time with a variety of experiences.

For that matter, so did Nebraska. We could have a better team and the same record next season. Fewer easy outs than our first years in the Big10. 

It will be interesting to see where Cignetti and Rhule end up after the next couple seasons. Just saying most Husker fans would accept the excitement of Indiana's season even if it's a record they couldn't sustain.  

At the start of the year it looked easy but after measuring actual strength of teams in 2024, Nebraska's schedule was significantly more difficult.  Indiana had the 66th most difficult schedule.  Nebraska had the 24th.  Our schedule was harder than 9 other conference teams.  Indiana literally had the easiest schedule in the conference this year.

I know you are frustrated but the comparisons with Indiana just don't have merit imo.

I agree that can be a factor but not enough to equalize the 24th hardest schedule vs the 66th.

Indiana beat Nebraska 56 - 7. Just sayin'. 

I'm simply hoping Nebraska gets to be one of those teams on the schedule who weren't expected to be good, but turned out to be considerably better. Not too much to ask imho.
