they announced on the radio that he was in on kick off and that his RS is now gone. did he get in other than the kick off?

and did niles paul see the field?

 
Honestly, I don't know why people get so up tight about it. Are they so afraid that we'll won't recruit another player in that position in the next 4 years that you have to tuck them away?

I hope so too, but if he's gonna be valuable he's gotta get out there in some capacity. It seems sometimes people, no necessarily you, would rather see someone "burn" a redshirt catching a touchdown pass or something. How reasonable is that?

 
No. I have no problem with burning a redshirt if that player is going to make a serious impact in the game.

But, to burn a redshirt to just play on kickoff coverage? No way. I mean he didn't see any other playing time than just that kickoff if i'm not mistaken. I sure hope they're planning on playing him in somewhat of a regular rotation.. because if not, that's a pretty bad waste of a year of eligibility of a player who looks like he could be real good for us.

 
There has to be someone that just hawks this kind of thing in the Anti-Callahan and Co. side.
