Let's hire former huskers as our staff and turner gill as the head coach. you can't tell me he wouldn't leave Buffalo to head coach at NEBRASKA

He must have a desire to be here if there is a stipulation in his contract specifing Nebraska as an "out"

How old is this Joe Glenn??? I think either T.O. should be our A.D. or Barry Alvarez. Someone to help bring the tradition back to Nebraska because Callahan and company have destroyed it with their NFL business like attitudes. I want a head coach that will get into the game and scream at some people and show some damn fire.

 
:yeah This whole team seems drained of everything, passion, motivation, willingness to improve, EVERYTHING and if last nights game doesn't cause some type of change we have some issues

Here's the problem though man. You know nothing will change. Pedersen will just go along like no big deal and we'll get coach speak from Callahan like always. I'm tired of it!

 
i'm sick of it too BRI. Me, you, and the rest of husker nation are sick and tired of getting smacked around like some little red headed step child, because none of these coaches can pull their heads out of their a$$ and motivate these under used kids, and head coach who can't grow a pair and fire his "friend" and is completely oblivious to the fact that Cosgrove is voiding out any defensive confidence with his scheming. He sureisn't acting like a friend with what he's doing to his team.

My sentiments exactly. It's so frustrating to watch our team play like sh#t week after week and have Callahan and Pedersen acting like nothing is wrong. Everything is progress somehow- like that beautiful win over Ball St.- a step forward? Barf. It's like Neville Chamberlin is coaching our football team.

Callahan has had 4 years... we suck as bad as ever. We might not even make a bowl game. It's scary.

 
The ONLY NFL guys I'd want are Monte Kiffen, Bobby Petrino or Jason Garrett. - I'd take Lane Kiffen too but he's the only one on that list that is set in a HC job.

Muschamp is my favorite college choice.

Followed by Jim Grobe and Greg Schiano.

Heck lets try a two-fer and get Barry and Bielema from Wiscy. lol

NO and NO!!!! They are morons....Parcels would never fit in as a college coach and Marty sucks!!!!!!!!

What's his name from Rutgers or try to get someone that is on staff with Florida, Illinois, or a team that runs a similar offense to BC, but not so damn hard to college kids to catch on.

Having TO back as AD would be nice...for us football fans, but I am sure others would disagree. Alvarez is a very intriguing pick. His roots are with the program and Wisconsin is not too shabby. The day SP goes, I will be shocked. I think the pressure coming from the everyday fans is not going to do much, but when the boosters and certain alumni start putting pressure on the university, there will be a change.

 
allthough I'm going to wait till the end of the year to say anything about the coaches, I will say that I think Barry Alvarez would be an excellent fit for the Nebraska AD position.

 
How about Joe Glen? Look what he is doing with Wyoming, and what he did at Montana and N Colorado. Not to mention that would get us some Nebraska blood back into the program.
