I like the ones that flirt with you.......preferably female.

She is flirting with you. Meanwhile I'm sitting at the end of the bar waiting for a refill.

And the only reason shes doing that is so you give her a bigger tip

I always tip big. Then I am remembered and am well taken care of. T_O_B

I agree if you are a "regular" at a bar. They will remember you and take care of you. If you just go out for a night out on the town, they won't remember you as much and won't hook you up if you tip well the next time you come in.

I bartend at the Field Club of Omaha (a members only club) and trust me, I remember the members that tip well. If you stiff me, I will still use a three count, but if you are a good tipper I will give you an extra count or so. Members there like their drinks stiff bc they are pretty damn expensive. So if you take care of me, I will return the favor
