You can arrange your own divisions and it gets graded on competitiveness, rivalries, and geography.
A pure geographical split, East-West (OSU;UM;PSU;MSU;PU;UIn, NU;UN;UW;UMn;UIl;UIa) gets an overall grade of A (87):
Competitiveness: B+ (70)
Rivalries: A (90)
Geography: A+ (100)
I found that if you then switch Illinois and Purdue, you get an overall grade of A (90):
Competitiveness: A- (80)
Rivalries: A+ (93)
Geography: A+ (95)
