Tommie Frazier's snub highlights poor HOF policy

This hall makes no sense. The waiting period is 10yrs after college and it took Deion 20 when he's already been in the NFL HOF.

If Heisman voting took place after the bowl games, Tommie Frazier would have been the 1995 Heisman winner. Eddie George was a good player, but in his final bowl game as a college athlete he performed poorly and the Buckeyes lost the game. On the other hand, Frazier had arguably the best game of his life.

These things have a way of working themselves out, though. Frazier (who many argued DID deserve it) didn't get it in '95, and Crouch (who many argued DIDN'T deserve it) got one in 2001.
