Pretty sure it was in reference to the end of the season after I listened to Sean ask again about Teddy.
Teddy is a fifth year senior. Barring an NCAA appeal, he has no further eligibility, and his playing career is over.

Since he missed the entire 2024 season he has the ability to apply for a medical redshirt if he wanted technically speaking. He used his free redshirt in 2022.Teddy is a fifth year senior. He has no further eligibility, and his playing career is over.
I am sure he has a medical redshirt available if he wants to pursue that route.
He was a freshman in 2021 and played in 5 games before being hurt. - freshman season countsHave you missed his entire career or something? He used that a long time ago.

In 2022 he only played in 3 games before being hurt so he used his actual redshirt year.
2023 he played last 10 games of the year as a sophomore
2024 he missed his entire year due to an injury in fall camp.
2025 - current year season ending injury after 8 games.
He would absolutely be eligible for a medical redshirt year due to not playing at all in 2024. He has only played in 18 games prior to this year... crazy.
Well that’s sure one way to take some decent news. At the end of the day, I really don’t think we want to touch this coaching cycle, and Rhule in year 3 feels nothing like Cally and Frost at this point.
My reply was a response to @Corn Train commenting this about the article about Matt Rhule signing a contract extension with Rhule when he mentioned:
