Not only is Bray the LB coach, but he was a pretty good LB when he played. Could be an added benefit for the players, because he's been there and done that.

To me it always feels like the good ones leave first.

Also, the trend seems to be that coaches that have a strong attachment to other schools/staff have shorter stints with us and then they move back to wherever it is they come from.

I suspect that Williams is still pretty loyal to his former boss.
