What did we learn Rutgers edition

Coincidentally, it’s funny how Wisconsin has played Nebraska’s opponents back to back weeks.

Could be that NU put up good film and Wisconsin found ways to exploit Purdue and Rutgers.

Or sad how an Air Raid offense is dominating the ground game when we failed to.

This. I do not think we have an offense that concerns teams.  I have yet to see us "throw body blows" in the 4th.  We haven't had a 1000 yard rusher since Oz.  Im not a fan of the RB by committee.  But that's just me.

I'm with you there.  100%.  he's not taking us to where we want to be.  Saw the score of the Illinois Purdue game.  51-49 Illinois in OT.  Wisky 42 Rutgers 7.  Our D can hang with teams, but our O is far from potent or capable of going score for score or honestly getting more than 28 points (most against a P5 team this year)  And that was Colorado with limited defense.  Scores around the B1G today were putting up points.  I don't see us doing that.  As noted Purdue hung 49 on Illinois.  Nope.  Satt doesn't need to be OC after this season.  Our D will have to keep teams 21 points or less for us to have a shot at 6 wins IMHO.  

 
In short:

we will have to play to our strength. 
 

which is a really tough Blackshirt D, no turnovers on Offense (thank GOD we seem to have fixed that,  thus far),  get ahead in points and then just grind out a win. 
 

Which I am not against.  Just get the W any way, any how.  But at some point, even w a freshman QB, whom is really good, we need more work from  the offense as a whole. 

So far so good. 
Get the F’ing special teams to par and we can win most games, except OSU, but a fighter has a chance.  
This bye week and the coaches adjustments will tell us everything we need to know for the rest of the season.
