Zac was 17-21 tonight. Not bad. He didn't get a lot of yardage, but he was accurate and the receivers made the catches. That's what matters IMO.
The game where the O stop moving the ball in the 3rd Quarter. I saw a few of them breathing hard. The last 5 minutes were against a tired Defense that knew they were beat. Kind of like the Blackshirts against USC.HUH???!!! What game did you watch? We totally dominated on the OL tonight. The last 5 minutes our OL was knocking them back two yards a pop.I have thought from day one that Glenn and Jackson were the 2 best. Lucky has no power and doesn't yards after contact.I like how we played clock management. BC knew that if we didn't control it, Meyer would be on the field a lot more then he was tonight. Our D played well and I was especially pleased that Cosgrove blitzed the QB quite a bit tonight! Good win for us in the conference.Great to see Glenn named player of the game for Nebraska. Well deserved!
The OL needs some Conditioning. They get tired every week.
Really it was the same game plan that we had against USC.Zac managed the game. That is what a QB needs to do in this offense. We had a different game plan but it worked. I thought the o line had a hell of a game. I didn't see them getting tired.
Go to the ESPN site and look at the drive chart for the 3rd and 4th Quaters. The second half had my fingers bleeding. A lot of questionable calls on both sides. Great running by C Train and BJax. Does anyone know why our secondary does not look back for the ball??? Is that a coaching thing? I was a baseball player and looked over my shoulder for a flyball. :dunno Still a win though.

the first 6 drives of the 2nd half had 5 times where they went 3 and out. The longest was 8 plays 38 yards.
The 7th drive was the final TD.
Deep or not, you need to move the ball. The OL was tired in the second half. Same thing the last few weeks. If they do the conditioning work with Morning runs and sprints after practice, they will start dominating start to finish.A few of the drives started deep in our own territory.Go to the ESPN site and look at the drive chart for the 3rd and 4th Quaters. The second half had my fingers bleeding.
